02/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - After being briefed by the European Commission on the results of the tripartite meeting on Kaliningrad (see EUROPE of 2 April, p.6), Coreper decided that the principle of a priori authorisation should be maintained for granting an FRTD (Facilitated Rail Transit Document) in order to travel to and from Kaliningrad via Lithuania.
