Seminar on role of culture and education in future constitution

Brussels, 02/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Cultural Foundation (ECF), the European Forum for the Arts and Heritage (EFAH) and the European Policy Centre (EPC) will be organising a seminar in Brussels on 3 April on the need to stress the role of culture and education in the future EU constitutional treaty, in order to guarantee a genuine Europe of citizens.
