02/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European human rights association for persons with intellectual disability, "Inclusion Europe" will be organising a seminar on 8-10 May in Tallinn (Estonia) entitled "Europe in Action 2003. This event is being held in the framework of the European Year for Persons with Disability 2003 and the 10th anniversary of the adoption of the United Nations rules on equal opportunities for the disabled.
