02/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - At the sidelines of the plenary session of the Joint Parliamentary Committee in Brazzaville, Commissioner Poul Nielson specified that the sum managed by the delegation to Havana was 24 million euros, destined mainly for development co-operation projects (see yesterday's EUROPE, p.13).
