Brussels, 28/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - Commissioner Mario Monti and French Finance Minister Francis Mer reached an agreement on Friday on the phasing out of the State guarantee granted in 2001 by the "Caisse des dépôts et de consignations" (CDC) to its subsidiary CDC IXIS.
