Implementation of Kalingrad agreement underway between EU; Lithuania and Russia despite certain differences

Brussels, 25/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - Commission spokesperson Diego de Ojeda indicated on Tuesday that work to implement the Kalingrad agreement concluded between the EU and Russia was continuing, looking for solutions to the "differences of opinion, which persist". According to the spokesperson, these related mainly to criteria for allocating documents facilitating transit (FTD and FRTD).
