Reassessment of anti-dumping measures against Chinese coke

Brussels, 02/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has decided to reassess anti-dumping measures against imports of Chinese coke that have been in place for two years. The aim of the procedure (announced in Official Journal C308) is to determine whether the duping has continue or even increased, as claimed by European competitors through their association, Eucoke-EEIG.
