France's BONGARD (EUR 87 million turnover in 2001), European market leader in bakery equipment, has been bought up by the UK's AGA FOODSERVICE (EUR 335 million annual turnover) that specialises in upmarket household goods for consumers. The value of the deal is EUR 55 million.
