Brussels, 23/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - European Liberal leaders are to hold a summit meeting on the morning of 24 October before the European Council of Brussels. Participants will include Danish Prime Minister Anders Fogh Rasmussen (European Council President), Belgian Prime Minister Guy Verhofstadt, President of the ELDR Party Werner Hoyer, the Presidents of the European Parliament and of the European Commission, Pat Cox and Romano Prodi, and the President of the EP Liberal Group, Graham Watson. Also present will be the Prime Ministers of Slovenia, Latvia and Lithuania.
