Clearance for Jabil's acquisition of Philips' business

Brussels, 23/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised the US company Jabil Circuit Inc to acquire Contract Manufacturing Services International BV (CMS), a subsidiary of Dutch Koninklijke Philips Electronics, which groups the latter's activities in the printed circuit board business.
