DEUTSCHE BANK is to auction its 40% stake in SPRINGER, for which it expects 1 bn euro. This stake was in the hands of KIRCH, in receivership, but the latter was unable to pay back a debt to DEUTSCHE BANK and was forced to leave it this stake. See EI of 11 September.
