Brussels, 27/09/2002 (Agence Europe) - During the plenary of the European Convention, presided by Valéry Giscard d'Estaing, on 3-4 October, Vice President, Giuliano Amato, will present on Thursday afternoon, the report of the work group for which he is president. This focuses on the legal personality of the EU (see below).
