Commission to close two investigations into alliances between airline companies

Brussels, 17/09/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Commissioner responsible for competition, Mario Monti, announced in Copenhagen on Tuesday that he was preparing to close the investigation relating to the alliance being envisaged by the airline companies Lufthansa, SAS and United Airlines.
