Brussels, 23/08/2002 (Agence Europe) - With the informal Foreign Affairs meeting soon to begin on 30-31 August in Elsinore, Per Stig Moeller has proposed to his colleagues that thy follow the example of the last "gymnich" meeting in Caceres last February.
