Brussels, 21/08/2002 (Agence Europe) - the Council has adopted by written procedure, two regulations on a definitive anti-dumping duty on iron and steel pipe imports from outside the EU.
The first amends a 2000 regulation imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty on certain unsoldered tubes and pipes in non-alloyed iron and steel exported from Croatia and the Ukraine. Imports from these countries will be subject to a tax of 38.5%.
