Brussels, 21/08/2002 (Agence Europe) - According to figures published on Monday 19 August by Eurostat, Euro-zone annual inflation rose from 1.8% in June to 1.9% in July 2002. A year earlier the rate was 2.6%. EU15 annual inflation rose from 1.6% in June to 1.8% in July 2002. A year earlier the rate was 2.5%. EEA (European Economic Area) annual inflation was 1.8% in July 2002.
