Reasoned opinions sent to Iceland and Norway with regard to accounts, information and service providers

Brussels, 20/08/2002 (Agence Europe) - The EFTA Surveillance Authority has delivered two reasoned opinions to Iceland for failing to adopt sufficient national measures to implement Community Directives on the annual accounts of certain types of companies and meeting the obligation to provide information about the application on environmental directives. Norway was sent a reasoned opinion because Norwegian regulation on aerial photography was deemed to have breached EEA fundamental freedoms...
