European Animal Feed Federation organises conference on less on of the MPA hormone affair

Brussels, 24/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - According to press release by the European Animal Feed Federation (FEFAC) a conference will take place in October with regard to effective measures that could be taken to identify fraudulent food chain practices.

The FEFAC has expressed its concern at the dysfunctionality of animal feed safety measures, which has undeniably resulted in fraudulent acts being committed by waste treatment firms, which mistakenly classified hormone waste as safe products....
