Brussels, 18/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Council has approved the nomination by the fifteen members of Eurojust of their president and vice-presidents. The president will be British national Michael Kennedy, who is Chief Crown Prosecutor. The vice-presidents are French national Oliver de Baynast, Advocate General with the Court of Appeal in Versailles, and Spanish national Ignacio Pelaez, Prosecutor for the High Court of Justice.
