Commission clears TNT Logistics' stake in two transport logistics service providers

Brussels, 01/07/2002 (Agence Europe) - Last week the Commission cleared the acquisition by TNT Logistics of a 50% stake in Danish company DSV Logistic Holding and a 50% stake in DFDS Finland, companies specialising in transport logistics services currently wholly-owned by De Sammensluttede Vognmaend A/S (DSV) on Denmark. The acquisition involves the establishment of a 50/50 joint venture between TNT Logistics and DSV. TNT Logistics is a subsidiary of the TPG Group NV, a Dutch global provider...
