ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) industrial maintenance

DALKIA (French group VIVENDI ENVIRONNEMENT) has acquired five companies belonging to the Swedish group MAINTECH. The group of companies acquired represents a turnover of EUR 40 million with 424 employed. They will be grouped within DALKIA INDUSTRIPARTNER, which will carry out the operational management.
