11/06/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Bureau of the Committee of the Regions is holding an extraordinary meeting in Gijon on 14 June under the leadership of Albert Bore to discuss its contribution to the European Convention and examine documents on the impact of its action on decision-taking within the EU. Taking part, in particular, we find, Romano de Miguel, for the Spanish Presidency, and Eduardo Zaplana Herandez-Soro, head of the Committee's delegation in the European Convention.
