CEREOL, specialised in good oil and subsidiary of Italy's MONTEDISON is considering finalising the sale of its Italian brand of olive oil CARAPELLI by end-May to a group of investors with which it is in exclusive negotiations for the sale. This group of investors is headed by B&S PRIVATE EQUITY GROUP, main private independent funds operator in Italy.
