The two rival financial investors, TEXAS PACIFIC and the investor Christopher Flowers have come together to put in a single bid for the German public bank BANKGESELLSCHAFFT BERLIN, to far held to the tune of 81% by the city of Berlin. One other candidate has come forward, a consortium made up of the public bank NORDLB and the Federation des caisses d'e'argne.
