Strasbourg, 12/04/2002 (Agence Europe) - The adoption of the report by Spanish Liberal, Pere Esteve, demonstrates the European Parliament's support for the Spanish Presidency' efforts to relaunch, during the Euro-Mediterranean meeting on 22-23 April, the Barcelona Process.
