Brussels, 11/04/2002 (Agence Europe) - Using the simplified procedure, the European Commission has authorised the creation of a joint venture by Italy's food distribution company Unicoop and Germany's food distribution company OBI AG (member of the Tengelmann group) called Brico Business Cooperation, specialising in DIY.
