11/04/2002 (Agence Europe) - The adoption on Monday evening in Strasbourg, of the report by Terence Wyn (PES, UK) on the budget project correction No. 2 for 2002, the Parliamentary Budget committee recommends that the EP reduces the total funding earmarked for Member States in the 2001 surplus, by EUR 4.5 billion (out of a total of 10 billion).
