42 million euro for Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania

Brussels, 21/02/2002 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the European Commission approved the rural development programme "Leadr +" for Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania (eastern Germany) with a total envelope of 42.68 million euro (2001/2006 period). The Community will contribute to the tune of 22.1 million euro of the total budget, whereas the private sector will provide 13.2 million euro in funds.
