Brussels, 13/02/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has decided to extend the anti-dumping duty on the import of glyphosate originating in China to hedge against the circumventing measures in force since 1998 through Malaysia and Taiwan. The producers in these two countries now have to pay the same additional duties as their Chinese counterparts, except for those who have been able to demonstrate that they have not taken part in the operation.
