The UK's mobile phone operator VODAFONE has sold its remaining 50% stake in MANNESMANN ATECS (subsidiary of MANNESMANN, specialising in automobile equipment and machine tools) to Germany's SIEMENS for EUR 3.657 bn. In September 2000, VODAFONE sold the first half of its shares in the company, plus two, to SIEMENS for EUR 3.116 bn.
