10/01/2002 (Agence Europe) - George Drys, Greek Agriculture Minister, announced according to AFP that Greece will, at the Agriculture Council on 21 and 22 January in Brussels, be requesting European Union aid in order to compensate its farmers for major damage caused by the exceptionally low temperatures over recent weeks.
