10/01/2002 (Agence Europe) - Celia Villalobos, Spanish Health Minister, told her Portuguese counterpart, Antonio Correia de Campos, that the Spanish Presidency mainly hopes this term to obtain adoption of the directives on tobacco advertising and on blood. We recall that, during the Spanish Presidency, there will be a ministerial seminar on health, on 7 and 8 February in Malaga, and a Health Council on 26 June.
