Brussels, 03/01/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Dutch-based chemical distribution and storage company Vopak NV, Norwegian oil and gas contractor Stolt-Nielsen and JTE, another Dutch company active in sea chemical tanker shipping, have decided to put an end to their proposed chemical tanker joint venture agreement. In view of this, the Commission has closed its review procedure.
