The Belgian pharmaceuticals group OMEGA PHARMA has acquired the german group VARILAND (annual turnover nearly EUR 8 million), specialised in support hose for varicose veins, with the company ROLAND ARZENEIMITTEL. The amount of the acquisition was not disclosed.
