ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) energy

Norwegian energy producer STATKRAFT has acquired its regional rival TRONDHEIM ENERGIEVERK for the sum of NOK5.5 billion. The move will allow STATKRAFT to control over 50% of Norway's energy production.
