18/12/2001 (Agence Europe) - Through ECHO, the European Commission is providing EUR 3 million for preventing natural disasters in the Caribbean through the DIPECHO Programme (Disaster Preparedness ECHO) launched in 1997. The decision covers 15 ACP countries, 7 EU Overseas Territories and Cuba.
