18/12/2001 (Agence Europe) - Last week, the Council of the EU adopted three decisions on macrofinancial aid for the Balkans: 1) Bosnia-Herzegovina. In order to provide the final EUR 15 million of the EUR 40 million aid decided in May 1999, the Council has postponed the deadline which had been set for the end of 2000; 2) Macedonia.
