At ministerial conference in Budapest, Patten announces doubling of EU aid to Central Asia

Bucharest, 03/12/2001 (Agence Europe) - EU Council President Louis Michel, who spoke on 3 December in Bucharest at the opening of the ministerial meeting of the OSCE (Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe), called on the organisation to make a "specific contribution to the fight against terrorism" and to keep and develop its early warning and crisis management capacity.
