ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) distribution

France's CASINO will be contributing EUR 91.5 million to an operation to increase the capital of VINDEMIA, a subsidiary of the La Réunion company GROUPE BOURBON. This will give CASINO a 33.34% share in the distribution division of GROUPE BOURBON, which made a turnover of EUR 624 million in 2000.
