Strasbourg, 23/11/2001 (Agence Europe) - In the framework of the consultation procedure, the European Parliament adopted, last week, with amendments a resolution from the British Conservative Giles Bryan, Chichester on the Commission Green Paper concerning energy supply. Generally favourable towards the approach favoured by the European executive, the MEPs nevertheless deplore the absence of a special chapter on energy within the Treaty.
