23/11/2001 (Agence Europe) - The General Assembly of the Kangaroo Group (founded by British Conservative Basil de Ferranti, who had served as MEP since 1973 but not directly elected) confirmed the designation of European CDU member, Karl von Wogau, as Chairman of the Board. The first Vice-Chairman of the Board is PSOE member Manuel Medina Ortega.
