21/11/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Federation of Local Public Energy Distribution Companies (CEDEC) is organising a seminar at the European Parliament in Brussels on 6/7 December on speeding up the liberalisation of the gas and electricity markets in the European Union. Round tables will be organised on the issue of regulation, public service obligations and concessions.
