Pro-Eurojust can facilitate liaison between EU and US magistrates but may not provide information directly, according to its President - The importance of thinking through the creation of Eurojust

Brussels, 05/11/2001 (Agence Europe) - Pro-Eurojust collaborates in the war against terrorism within the EU and with third countries by facilitating liaison, but may not directly provide US magistrates with information about cases currently being considered, according to its acting President, Michèle Coninx (of Belgium) in an interview with Agence Europe.
