Brussels, 31/10/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has cleared a proposed joint venture between British oil company BP and Solvay S.A., a company that specialises in supplying High Density Polyethylene resin (HDPE), a particular form of plastic, as well as HDPE technology.
