Brussels, 31/10/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Culture/Audio-visual Council is to meet on 5 November under the joint chairmanship of Ministers Richard Miller (Arts, Literature, Audio-visual) and Rudy Demotte (Budget, Culture and Sport), and in the presence of European Commissioner Viviane Reding.
