Questions of air safety and situation of European companies to dominate debates at 16 October Transport Council

Brussels, 12/10/2001 (Agence Europe) - Questions of air safety and the financial situation of European airline companies should dominate the debates of the Transport Council to be held in Luxembourg on Tuesday 16 October, chaired by Belgian Minister Isabelle Durant. The only decision expected is a political agreement on the creation of a European Air Safety Agency. Here are the details:
