KAUFMAN & BROAD, French subsidiary of the American real estate agency KB HOME, has announced that it has paid an undisclosed amount for RESIDENCES BERNARD TEILLAUD. This company, which expects a turnover this year of 38 million euro, has some 25% of the regional housing market.
