On Monday, Parliament to begin its first October plenary session with debate on accident at AZF plant in Toulouse

Strasbourg, 28/09/2001 (Agence Europe) - At the request of the Greens/European free Alliance Group, backed by other political groups, the Conference of Presidents has decided to include on the agenda of the first October plenary session (see EUROPE of 24 September, p.15) a Commission declaration on the accident at the AZF plant in Toulouse and the reshaping of EU environmental protection policy.
