The holding company BELL has agreed to downwardly review the terms of the purchase, by PIRELLI and EDIZIONE HOLDING, of its share in the control of OLIVETTI. The reduction would be 10%, deducted from the overall amount (initially 7 bn euro). See yesterday's EI.
