CECRA approves an EP working document in favour of a longer exemption granted to the automobile sector

Brussels, 01/08/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Council for Motor Trades and Repairs (CECRA) approves the conclusions from the European Parliament economic and monetary committee's working document on the extension of the exemption system for the automobile sector which is due to expire at the end of October 2002. This working document, prepared by the MP Christoph Konrad (EPP, Germany), is in favour of keeping the system currently in place while advocating certain amendments. The new...
